We are Bimeda Holdings Limited ("Bimeda Group") and its affiliates (each of them referred to as “Bimeda Affiliate”).
We have a global website owned by Bimeda Group, and local websites for each of the countries in which our Bimeda Affiliate's operate. Each local website is owned by the relevant Affiliates operating in that country.

When you use our global website, www.bimeda.com, Bimeda Group acts as a controller of your personal information that is collected or obtained via the website. When you use a Bimeda Affiliate's local website, your personal data will be processed independently by the Affiliate(s) owning the local site in that country.
Bimeda Group, and each Bimeda Affiliate are separate, independent data controllers and when they process your personal data they will do it on a separate, independent basis, and for their own purposes.

Bimeda Group is engaged in the manufacture, supply and distribution of animal pharmaceutical products and animal remedies on a global basis. Each of the Bimeda entities processes your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in the countries in which we operate.

"Bimeda Group" means Bimeda Holdings Limited;
"Bimeda Affiliate/s" means each of Bimeda Holdings Limited's affiliates;
"Bimeda/we/us/our" means the Bimeda Group and the Bimeda Affiliates who process your personal data.
"You/your" means any website users. This may include users who are customers, prospective customers, investors, prospective investors or job applicants.
What information do we collect?

If you are a job applicant, in addition to the information processed for website user, we will process the following information about you:

- Organisation membership; and

Legal Bases for Processing
The legal bases on which we process your personal data are:
- Necessary for compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation that applies to us;
- Necessary for the performance of a contract with you or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract with you;
- Necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests. For example:
- in marketing and promoting our products and services and conducting our business in a responsible and commercially prudent manner.; or
- when Bimeda Group receives a request that is meant to be sent to one of our Affiliates, it is of Bimeda Group's interest to provide you with the best possible service, so it will send the enquiry to the relevant Affiliate for you, instead of asking you to send it again.
We would like to provide you with information about Bimeda’s products and services, and other information from Bimeda, which we think you may find interesting. We may send you such information by post, email, and/or telephone if you agree we can.
You can opt-out from receiving marketing communications at any time. If you have received marketing communications from any of our Bimeda entities and decide that you no longer wish to receive same, please unsubscribe via email link, or by such other means as we may communicate to you.
Please note that as each entity is an independent data controller, we do not as a group operate a global marketing database, which means Bimeda Group is unable to unsubscribe you from marketing from all Bimeda companies centrally.
Who do we share your information with?
Bimeda Affiliates share your personal information with Bimeda Group because Bimeda Group runs the global website.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties located in your country and in countries other than your own, in due compliance with applicable laws.
As we are a global entity, the countries to which your personal data is sent/accessed from may have a different standard of data protection than the country in which you are situated. However, we have put in place protections and adequate safeguards to ensure that your information is adequately protected and we comply with the law.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties, their agents and professional advisors, subject to confidentiality obligations, for the purpose of a due diligence exercise by third parties in connection with any proposed merger, acquisition, re-organisation or transfer of any part of our business and to any person proposing to participate in, or promote or underwrite or manage any such arrangement.
In some circumstances, we may have to disclose your personal information by law, because a court or the police or other law enforcement agency has asked us for it.
